About ICTAS
ICTAS is an international academic conference dedicated to exploring the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, and society. Organised by Global Talent Academy, ICTAS brings together researchers, academics, and practitioners to examine the ethical, governance, and human-centred dimensions of AI and emerging technologies in a rapidly changing world.
All accepted papers are published in the official GTA Online Conference Proceedings with an ISBN. Outstanding papers are invited to submit to Q1 or Q2 Scopus-indexed or Web of Science (WoS) journals.

Getting Started
How to Participate
Prepare Your Abstract
Write a 200–250 word abstract outlining your research objectives, methodology, and key findings.
Submit via the Portal
Submit your abstract through the GTA submission portal. Select ICTAS 2027 as your target conference. You will receive an acknowledgement email within 2 business days.
Await Review Decision
Your submission undergoes double-blind peer review. Decisions are communicated within 3–4 weeks of the submission deadline.
Register & Pay
Upon acceptance, complete your registration via the GTA Payments page. Register before July 10, 2027 to enjoy the early-bird rate.
