Getting Started
How to Participate
Prepare Your Abstract
Write a 200–250 word abstract outlining your research objectives, methodology, and key findings. Use the GTA manuscript template available on the submission page.
Submit via the Portal
Submit your abstract through the GTA submission portal. Select ICICES 2027 as your target conference. You will receive an acknowledgement email within 2 business days.
Await Review Decision
Your submission undergoes double-blind peer review. Decisions are communicated within 3–4 weeks of the submission deadline.
Register & Pay
Upon acceptance, complete your registration via the GTA Payments page. Choose Conference Only or the ICICES + JICES Combo Package. Register before December 15, 2026 to enjoy the early-bird rate.
